Green letters double underlined

  Today I noticed for the first time that words in my posts as well as other’s posts, even WordPress posts are green and double underlined. Move the cursor over it, and an advert appears. Is it only my computer, or are you also seeing it? Must say its embarrassing when “places of worship” in my Christianity category is so marked and advertising “single girls”. Any way of fixing this please? Anyone?

  Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.

  Thank you rootjosh. I visited the sites you suggested. They are all great sites. I found “Adobe Flash Player 11 activeX extension” on my laptop. This may be causing these unwanted ads according to “Little Techie Things”. Thanks again!
