  Hi there. Im new to wordpress.com. Apparently i have some problems with the sidebar in my blog. The default sidebar looks fine on the blog. But when i manually add in the widgets, the calendar and search dont appear properly- its way to the left and the title doesnt show.

  Im not sure if it only happens on the current theme i use cause i havent tried other themes.

  Hm is there a way that it can be corrected?

  I’ve looked in Safari and Firefox on the Mac and both show the calendar and search box close to the left edge of the widget column, which makes me think it’s a problem with the underlying theme. I don’t have Windows running right now so I can’t look in IE.

  Perhaps it can be fixed with a CSS upgrade and some tweaking, but that would cost you $15 for the upgrade (per year) and then of course you have to have experience with CSS.

  Perhaps one of the CSS guru’s, or someone else with more experience will chime in.

  Contact staff when support is open, since this is a problem with the theme that you shouldn’t have to pay to get fixed.
