Grey Overlay box with password reset

    I have a client that has regular customers & wholesale customers who login to the site, which is a custom coded login. In recent weeks, for some reason when a customer loses their password, it goes to the regular wordpress reset password which is fine, but there is a grey shadow box over it, so they cannot change the password and only can go with the suggested password. Thoughts on how to fix this??!

    Hi emibean417,

    It sounds like the site you are referring to may not be hosted with us. What is the address of the one you need help with?

    If it uses WordPress.org software with another host, please post to the WordPress.com support forums for advice — as we can only help with login issues for sites and accounts on WordPress.com.

    I can check whether the site is hosted with us if you aren’t sure.
