Grey/transparent areas in Nishita

    Hi.
I’m on my 4th day trying to have a page (use as default) in Nishita fixed for my purpose.
If you take a look at this http://petitpoisvideo.com/hjem/
you’ll see the grey/transparent? area on top – and especially in the bottom.
What should I be looking for in the CSS to change this?
I did not have any success in getting the template to display an image background- nor a colour. Would not work.
Did many, many attempts. In the end, I changed the background in the CSS to #000
but the gastly grey/transparent “border is still there, and I really would like to get rid of it.
Help will be very much appreciated.

I appologize if it’s not custom to “bump-write”.
I have now googled/searched up most things I can think of regarding my problem here.
I understand the top dotted line+grey area might have something to do with adminbar.
The broad grey/transparent vertical 100% line in the bottom???
Using a tool to examine the css from the page, I get some info – but I have not the skill to find “the similar css” in the custom css sheet.
    I have set 1 post a page.
Has that grey/transparent “border” anything to do with a new/next post, I wonder?
All I want is to get rid of it.
Again, any help will be appreciated.
