Grid Appears Different on Phone than on UX Builder Mobile View

  Hi, I was recently hired to edit this website. Can anyone explain why the grid appears as normal in the UX Builder, but not on mobile? I’ve tried a lot of solutions and none seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
