Hello @blognorthernspirit
Follow these steps:
1. Go to My Site(s) → Customize(Beside the Themes option) or just click here: https://wordpress.com/customize/. This will open the site Customizer.
2. On the sidebar of the Customizer, click Static Front Page.
3. On the Front page displays section, select A static page
4. And then read the description of the theme and the follow the steps to get the exact look: https://wordpress.com/theme/healthy-living
5. If you need more help with setting up the theme, I would suggest you to post your questions on the official Healthy Living theme forum(as it is a premium theme): https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/healthy-livingHope these help 🙂
