Is there a way in CSS the ‘Read More’ text within the Button can be replaced with the text ‘Get a quote’? As well as having that same button forward to the sites ‘contact’ page?
Best,
DustinThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
CSS can’t change where the link goes, and send people to the contact page, no. It may be possible to change the text though.
I see five “Read More” buttons on the page you’ve linked to – which one did you want to change?

changing the text and not being able to point it elsewhere unfort doesn’t work for me.
Can we get rid of the button altogether?

You can hide the button with CSS, yes – I still see five different “Read More” links on the page, did you want to hide one in particular, or all of them?
This CSS will hide them all (but only on the page you linked to):
.page-id-47 .more-link { display: none; }Is that what you had in mind? :)
-
Hide all of them yes. Does that change the CSS code? Also the thumbnail pics are active and point to the page. Is there a way to take away that link as well?

The snippet I sent will hide them all for you :)
To make the images not-clicakble, you could use this snippet:
.page-id-47 .grid .post-thumbnail { pointer-events: none; }That will also stop the hover effect from happening (you can’t do one without the other I’m afraid).

okay so for the below pages….they look great! but now noticing that each grid page, if i click the text i.e. (‘Solar Panels’), it directs to the page. Is there a way to make text for each thumbnail non-clickable?
thanks!

We can do that :)
To keep your CSS clean let’s add that selector to the exising style you already have, like this:
.page-id-47 .grid .post-thumbnail, .grid-wrapper .entry-header { pointer-events: none; }That second line should target page titles in any grid section. Let me know if that does the trick :)
