Gridiculous: categories

I don’t understand why some themes omit the category/ies from individual posts – I’ve come across several with this irritating omission.

I should be indeed grateful if it were possible to include categories for each post, please; because apart from this single annoyance, Gridiculous ticks every box I can think of right now !

M.R., if you go to Appearance > Customize > Posts, you can check off what you wish to display below the post titles in Gridiculous Pro. Luckily in this theme, you have that option. In most, it is the designer’s decision to not show that and there isn’t a way to do it otherwise.

And actually the categories will show above the post titles with author, date and comments number below.

Sighh … I shall NEVER learn.
    :/
Assumption is the mother of all ****ups – something I’ve known since 1974. And yet I just keep on assuming (in this case that there is no way of adjusting these things via a special heading within Customize).
    Thank you, Rich.

No problems, and you are welcome. I looked at the CSS and found the entry meta, but it was all blank, which then sent me to look for theme option and I found “Posts” and there they were.

I believe I should remember that for another time, Rich …
Still, at this point I do not wish to lose faith in Gridiculous and try another.
