Gridiculous: image 'borders'
-
I believe these aren’t actually borders at all, but a solid background of colour under each image (but it is, I’m quite prepared to admit, possible that I’m dreaming about this).
I should like to reduce their width, please; and after searching the code for roughly a decade, must admit that I can’t find the relevant bit.
:/

Hi.
You are right. This is a background plus a 10 pixels padding in the image. You can reduce your image borders width by changing the value of padding of images. For instance, you can try 4px in your custom CSS section (or even 0px if you do not want border at all):
<blockquote>article img { padding : 4px; }</blockquote>My help gladly provided :)

You had me MOST confused with the blackquote tags !
However, even by adding a preceding full stop, that doesn’t work for me.
Estoy muy agradecido por su ayuda. -
