Grooveshark embeds are no longer displaying?

  Hi!
  I’ve notices Grooveshark embeds are no longer displaying in my posts. They perfectly worked till a few days ago.

  For instance, in the post:
  https://thesongswelove.wordpress.com/2015/01/19/i-am-a-rock-simon-garfunkel/

  The included shortcode was:

  [gigya src="http://grooveshark.com/songWidget.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="250" height="40" flashvars="hostname=grooveshark.com&songID=34697686&style=metal&p=0" /><object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://grooveshark.com/songWidget.swf" width="250" height="40"><param name="wmode" value="window" ]

  this way used to work for years, but it seems no longer.

  any idea of how to fix it? Thanks!

  Hi there!

  I’m sorry that isn’t working for you anymore. Unfortunately, we don’t technically support these types of gigya shortcode ‘hacks’. I can tell you that this is likely related to your site’s move to https (versus http). You could try updating the links in your code to use https instead. This may not work though if either gigya or Grooveshark don’t support https embeds.

  If that doesn’t work, you should think about using one of these other forms of embeds that are fully supported here on WordPress.com:

  You could try updating the links in your code to use https instead.

  Oh. That means updating almost 200 posts.
  :(

  I thought there would be a way to fix it.

  Well, at last, good news for the Grooveshark users:
  I seems adding a simple “s” to widget code, Grooveshark embeds still work. So i will have to re-edit all those posts again, but at least, will be able of go on using that audio streaming service in my blog.

  I’ve checked with this old post: it works!
