Grooveshark Music Autoplay

  I am wondering if there is a way to embed the Grooveshark widget not as a post but as part of the layout (in the sidebars), and also if there is a way to set it at autoplay the moment a guest visits? I am currently struggling to find a way to do so…it would be helpful to find out, thanks!!
