Gross Error during buying a new domain

Hello,
yesterday evening I tried to install a new blog and buy the a new domain by this site. First I proofed if the domain is free: positive. Then used wp.com and tried to buy it. I conclude that there were different valid results be shown. After the input of 2 differents tries I typed in the result I want. It was correctly seen in the form (but maybe not updatet in the wp.com system). I clicked at “Buy” and had the worst result. This result really doesn’t make sense and I want to delete it. After hours of surching this posting is the last way I have to correct my mistake to install, buy the correct domain and feed it with Infos n pics n stuff.

Hello, when you buy a domain at WordPress.com and you don’t have an existing WordPress.com blog to connect it to, WordPress.com automatically creates one for you.
For example, you bought the domain juergen.com and you don’t have an existing WordPress.com blog to connect it to, WordPress.com will automatically create the blog juergendotcom.wordpress.com. This is what happened in your case, don’t be alarmed about this.
If you have completed the domain purchase then make sure that it’s set as the primary domain in your Domains page here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/hometattoclubherzblutdotcom.wordpress.com.

Thank you for your answer. Well I wanted to create a blog with a name/domain and don’t play with money. I would please let delete that domain with that twin-notation to dot com because I never will use that. In the link you gave me you invite me to buy a 2. domain. Well I made a mistake at the very early start and want to correct it. At last I want to have a blog with a domain, supportet by wp.com. Please tell me if this is possible.

I would please let delete that domain with that twin-notation to dot com because I never will use that.
You can delete that site but note that it will be permanently removed and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

Were you able to complete the domain purchase or not? The link I gave you is where you manage your domain, if you were successful in purchasing one. That is where you set your primary domain for that blog. The primary domain is what users will see in the address bar when they visit your site.
If you cancelled the domain purchase or did not finish the domain purchase, then no need to worry about this page at this time.
At last I want to have a blog with a domain, supportet by wp.com. Please tell me if this is possible.
This is possible. Please follow the steps I have outlined below.
1. Go to your My Sites page here: https://wordpress.com/stats/day
2. Click Switch Site at the top of the left sidebar.
3. Select Add New WordPress at the bottom of the sidebar.
4. Pick a theme or click Skip for now to skip this step.
5. Enter your domain and finish the purchase. -

thank you for your message / infos. I will try to use that line you advise :-) A cool challenge (in english), in deutsch ginge es schneller, and at the moment I got a Flu. I will report as soon as possible what happened with that “little” process.
