  I have created a new blog and wanted it to be a group blog. How can I allow other bloggers to add new topic in the same blog?

  (1) Yes it is possible to have a “group blog” and here is a thread you must become familiar with to do that http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/12/what-are-the-different-roles/
  (2) It will also be important for your to type “add users” into the forum search box and then read the threads that search produces.

  I heartily agree with britishbullblog. Remember that if you give someone else “administrator” status and then you have a “falling out” they can boot you out of the blog. Read carefully and be cautious with the selections you make.

  I run a group blog with some friends. It’s fun.

  but yeah, be careful with the access levels because “edit wars” can and do happen :)
