Group upgrade for WP.com "design" options in the classroom

I am a college professor, and I’d like to purchase about 25, WP.com “design” upgrades so that student’s in my class can have more design options.
Is this possible via an institutional licence or something else?

I have never seen a bulk or educational discount of any sort – but I have flagged this for staff attention

FYI, I’m not so much looking for a “discount” of any sort, just a bulk purchase (by the college) that may then be assigned to specific student’s accounts ? -
The staff will need to help on that also – but thanks for clarifying what you want to do – that will help the staff with their answer
Upgrades can be transferred from one blog to another – fairly easy to do – but since the upgrades here are per blog, that would imply 25 “storage” blogs for the upgrades (also 25 transactions) that could then be transferred
Interesting puzzle you have – I hope the staff can help and make your teaching job easier

To clarify, would these blogs be all owned by your user account (or would you at least be an admin user on each)?

Jacki: Thanks for your interest,… no I had not envisioned that these accounts would be owned under my user account; though I suppose that I could (not sure exactly how?) be an admin on each.
