Grouping Posts according to my titles

  I would like to have an About page. Then I would like my Posts under each tabs “God’s Love” “Simply Healthy”, “Simplicity”, etc. according to what I think each Post falls under . But I can’t seem to do that. All posts wants to clump together under one page. Is what I want to do possible? Thank you.
