Grove Child Theme Page Builder isn’t working

  My site has the Groove Child theme and the VW simple page composer isn’t working. The box where you can normally add content has a ‘loading’ message and no matter how long I wait it never loads.

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
