Grow By Mediavine Plug In

  Hello, I briefly installed the Grow By Mediavine plug in and it left ‘Sharing is caring!’ on the top of one of my posts. I can’t seem to delete it even though I disabled the settings in the plug in and deleted it. That text is not part of my actual post. Please advise, thank you!
