Gsuite linked to Automattic

  I want to add a new email user in my Gsuite. and it says I have to contact the Reseller which is Automattic. I cam to the wordpress page but I don’t know what to do. Please contact me.

  Howdy –

  Sure thing, let’s take a look at this and get things sorted out for you. In looking at the account I can see that in 2018 there was a GSuite email license renewed, but then cancelled, for ninetydegreessg.com. A refund was issued for that.

  Is this the domain you’re trying to add an email for? Please share a bit more information so we can direct you in the right direction. Thanks.

  90degreesasia.com is the domain that I want to add an email. can we communicate via email please?

  Hi there,

  You already cancelled that G Suite subscription with us in 2018. But it looks like it was never properly removed from our reseller account.

  We’ve done that now, so you should now be able to add additional users directly within G Suite, and set up billing for renewals going forward directly with Google.
