  Hello,

  I would like to have my gsuite account transferred to google. I am trying to add another user to the account and it won’t let me because it is purchased through wordpress. We have decided to go with another provider and would appreciate directions on how to disconnect the accounts.

  Hi there,

  Go to the Purchases page and cancel the G Suite/Google Workspace upgrade there:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  This will not cancel the email account itself, but it will remove the subscription you bought from us from your account, and remove the email account out of our reseller account. Once you do that you should also receive an email directly from Google with instructions how to set up billing with them to continue using the account.
