GTMetrix > Waterfall Chart Help

Hi everyone, recently i found out about GTMetrix and have been using it to tackle my site issue one by one, but i come across this 2 particular issue which i have no idea how to fixed em. Its a 301 and a 404 status issue im facing.
For the 404 file i found it under Waterfall Chart and its taking up alot of loading time but i cant find the image/file in my WordPress Gallery.
As for 301… is it normal for it to redirect from Http to Https? Like a redirect/double loading thing.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
