Guest Author 404

  Hello!

  I’ve created a guest author page and added an image and saved it. Unfortunately, when I go to click on that page (from either the posts or the guest author section) I get a 404. In addition, when I’ve tagged the guest author to the post, the image does not appear.

  Lastly, when I tag a guest author to a post, my name still shows up as the author on mobile.

  Please help!

  Hi There-

  Just curious, when you added a post, or have an existing post, did you select that author from the list of users? The top middle of the post, there should be a drop down with the users on your site, once selected that post will belong to that user.

  Please do not respond to any support thread without determining the URL of the site and where it is hosted first. Although we have a flock of Staff wannbes answering support questions there are also longtime Volunteers here who do answer questions too.
