  Someone I do not know has sent a request post a guest post on my blog.

  What are my options? Can I politely decline?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You certainly can. Most of these out of the blue requests are from spammers and marketers who are really spammers but think they’re marketing pros. Just say “thank you for your interest, but we’re not looking for guest posts at this time.”
