Guestbook not working

The guestbook page that I set up; a static page with the guestbook template does not seem to be allowing guests to write comments. Am I missing something?

Your blog is set to private so we volunteers can not see what you are using as a “guestbook” page. Can you explain what you are trying to use?

Ah-ha! I just set my test blog to the Forever theme and see that there is a “guestbook” template.
Apparently it just allows comments to display a bit differently, like this (from the Theme Showcase):

Yes, I too have seen that demo and I would love for it to look like that but it is not allowing people to leave a comment (as far as I can tell). I’ll invite you as a viewer to see if you have any ideas why…

One question, have you had many comments on your guestbook page? It is a premium theme and we volunteers don’t have special access to experiment with those themes. Maybe you should contact staff via your premium theme forum for better answere.
