    Hello, please can you tell me what is included as part of the service with happiness engineers before I employ someone to hep me?

    I have inherited responsibility for a site that includes, event listing and purchase processing, and video content hosting, courses etc. I need to make some updates and changes to the design and modify the payments. I need someone to talk me through what’s here once so I can understand how everything works together and avoid breaking the site!

    Absolutely, so our scope of support can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/.

    Generally for third party themes, and plugins, for anything broken – you would need to speak to the plugin developer for a fix, and we would help you find the place the make contact for that.

    For general assistance with how to do things, we can get familiar with your site and look to point you in the right direction there, or find you the steps that you need to follow.

    What is the URL of site? The reason why I ask is because it sounds like this could be hosted elsewhere, so if that’s the case, we wouldn’t be able to help with sites not hosted with us – but, we can help you migrate the site over, and that would serve as solid foundation for being able to get the help you need.

    I can take a look at your site, and suggest next steps and identify what we can help help with and what would be out of scope.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out! It looks like this is what you’re looking to emulate here: https://themeforest.net/item/basho-multipurpose-ghost-blog-theme/36746216 – which is described as a multipurpose theme – all beit, not a WordPress theme.

    With that multipurpose nature in mind, I’d recommend using something Avada, Divi or the Bridge theme, as these themes can be built and adapted to what you’re seeing above.

    To install one of the themes mentioned above, a site at WordPress.com would need to have a WordPress.com Business Plan.

    Would you be willing to tell me more about what you’re looking to build and what the project is for? I’m wondering if I can provide more information that may be beneficial.
