Guidance needed – I'm new to WordPress & need help with theme Zuki.

  Would some kind person please provide me with a guidance list on how to set up my website template. I have purchased theme Zuki but I haven’t got a clue where to start. I really like the way that Zuki looks in the demo but I’m not sure how I achieve that look. Thank you.
