Guided Migration

  I’m having trouble migrating by myself. I decided to go the guided route but the option under Tools>Export is gone. I did upgrade to premium and change my theme, now it is Twenty Twelve. How can I get access to Guided Migration?

  There appears to be an issue with the exporter so I have tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  Hi Kim,

  Sorry for the trouble you’re having with your migration. I saw your other post for help with the export file here:

  Once you have that export file, hopefully the move to your new site will go smoothly. :) But if you’d like to go ahead with a Guided Transfer, you can purchase that from your site’s Store page. Our Guided Transfer folks are currently unavailable for new transfers, but transfers will reopen on March 13th and you can purchase a transfer then if you need.

  That explains the missing button… No, we can deal with the export if we can get the file. Thank you!
