You will need to go to your blog’s Dashboard and under Store > Store, and purchase the upgrade from there.
Alternately you should be able to create an export file that includes your media files (images and other uploads) via your Dashboard > Tools menu.
Social media connections cannot be transferred due to the fact that third-party sites are involved, and so that would be up to you to set up on your new site in either case. If you install Jetpack, we can transfer your followers and you can use that for much of your social media needs.

Hello Jackie Happiness !
I have no idea where this “Store” is. It was easy to find on the .com site….but not here on the .org.
I did use the tools export function to move the posts. It did give a mb limit….which is why I think the picts did not transfer.
I just want to pay the $129 and get the thing re-set. I dont have the time to read support documents.
Please send a link to the Store….or let me hire you.

There is no Store tab on WordPress.org sites. The option is just available to WordPress.com users wanting to move their WordPress.com site to a .org installation.
If you had a WordPress.com site that you moved to .org, please check your Dashboard there for the upgrade option.

TimeThief-
You went somewhere that was not even on my radar.I am asking for help as the computers have got me in a catch 22.
-
There is no catch 22. You stated that you do not have a free hosted WordPress.com blog with content to move. Hence you cannot purchase a guided transfer.

I had a blog on .com that was suspended…..for commerce technicality.
I moved it to .org.
I should have used a Happiness Engineer.
I did not know that .org would be a stripped down platform.
Now, I would like to hire a happiness engineer to fix the site back to usability.
However, I cannot access the “store” to hire the happiness engineer.
I am trying to find out how to hire the happiness engineer….. -

Sites suspended for a violation of the Terms of Service receive a brief a window of time to perform an export of the site content. After that, the account is suspended.
