  I would like to purchase a Guided Transfer at wordpress.com. But I have a question or two.

  1. I have already installed the wordpress software at meebox.net- my new host. Is that a problem?
  2. I have already purchased a premium theme at Solostream. Will I be able to keep it?
  3. and I want all my wordpress.com readers to be able to see and find the existing wordpress.com blog until the new site is ready to be published. Is that possible?

  Today I purchased WP’s Guided Transfer tool, and only now discovered that only the hosts on WP’s recommended hosts list are compatible with WP’s Guided Transfer tools. So I would like a refund. Because I am not interested in using one of the recommended hosting services. But I am not sure what to do. Can you help me?

  Hi Helle, yes I can. If you give me the go ahead I can cancel your Guided Transfer and issue a refund.

  Can you tell me which host you’re thinking of using?
