Guided Transfer

Hi guys, I have a problem with guided transfer.
I already got a new host with Bluehost and everything, but when I type my username and password at guided transfer page, it shows: That username/password combination does not seem to work in our automated testing. Please contact us directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I done so, and contact the Happiness Engineer already, but I havent heard anything from them. I’m wondering how long does it usually take Happiness Engineer to reply you, and maybe anyone out there now what my username/password didn’t take? Thank you.
