  I want to purchase the guided transfer option from the shop but it is not available for my blog. Please can you help.

  Hi,

  In your Dashboard, go to Store, then Guided Transfer.

  Let me know if you have any issues.

  Are you logged in as the account that owns the blog? Is there another account you might have used to create the blog?

  Guided transfer should require blog owner privileges to buy since that is transferring the blog off WordPress.COM
