Guided Transfer?

  The Guided Transfer, I am interested in it however, I would like to know if all the back-end files will be transferred? I was informed by bluehost tech support that not all the back-end files may be transferred (I do not have any customization on my blog at this time). I have an existing bluehost account, can I use it or would I need a new hosting account? Is there a number where I can speak to a person regarding this before I purchase the guided transfer?

  Hi there,

  We don’t currently offer support over the phone, but I can definitely help here! As far as backend files, are you referring to media files? If so, those will be transferred to your self-hosted site. Also, you should not have to create a new Bluehost account for the Guided Transfer.
