Guided Transfer

  Hi,

  I would like to buy the Guided Transfer add-on for my WordPress.com blog (yieldandtravel.com) but after typing my number of credit card, the web page doesn’t load and the add-on stay in my cart.

  Is it a bug?

  Hi Romain.

  Did you see any error after attempting to pay for the Guided Transfer? If you could try entering your details again, I’d be grateful if you let me know of any error messages that came up:

  Hi,
  I don’t have any error messages on my screen.
  The button “Acheter Transfert Assisté pour 129,00 EUR” switch in white color after to have clicked on.

  Hi Romain.

  After the button is clicked on and switches to white, you should see a message to indicate that the transaction is ‘Processing’ on your screen. Does this message come up for you? If it does and the transaction fails, an error message should appear at the top of the screen, such as the one shown in this screenshot:

  

  Can you let me know if you’re seeing any error similar to the above? Additionally, would it be possible for you to try an other payment method, to test if that works?

  I managed with a payment by paypal. But I don’t have any error messages with a payment by credit card after clicking on buy button. I don’t know…

  I’m glad you were able to complete the payment with PayPal, Romain. I’m unsure why the original payment wasn’t accepted, but will try to replicate in my testing and report back to our team. Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with!
