  Can this service be used with a Pagely backup?

  No, it isn’t possible to use Guided Transfer with a Pagely backup. The purpose of this service is to transfer from WordPress.com to a self hosted WordPress.org site.

  However, you can use VaultPress to migrate your self hosted site to a new host. There is more information here:
