Guided Transfer

Hi, I have a wordpress.com website with my own url: http://kindlingforbusiness.co.uk. I want to transfer the whole site to wordpress.org because I am not happy with SEO of wordpress.com. I do blog, but the website is for my business and has lots of static pages and although keyword rich I am not getting results on Google for my keywords. I am happy to pay for the guided transfer but i want to ensure that the website hosted on wordpress.org will look & function exactly the same after transfer. My theme is Forever (not a premium one). Also, can I get a refund on the value bundle, I am not within the 30 day period but I was hoping WordPress might cut me some slack as I purchased the bundle at the end of August.
