Guided Transfer

  I’ve gone through the process of trying to transfer my site using the export and import tools and have run into a few problems. All this has me leaning towards purchasing the guided transfer. I guess I have two primary questions…

  1. Does the guided transfer actually move all of my media to my new wordpress.org site/hosting server?

  2. Do I have a fair amount of control as to when the transfer/switch happens?

  Hi Matt,

  Yes, we move over all of your content, including media.

  2. Do I have a fair amount of control as to when the transfer/switch happens?

  A Happiness Engineer will be in touch with you to agree on a time window (a 24-hour time period) during the work week when the transfer will occur.
