  Hi, I just purchased the guided transfer yesterday and still haven’t heard from you guys. I had to cancel my theme or you wouldn’t do it otherwise and now my site looks a mess. Please contact me soon so I can get this done. thank you

  ok they did the transfer and i know i payed for two weeks of support, but now they are gone and no one answers my emails!

  well go back and check, i emailed them on the 27th at 6:30 pm, then i kept emailing and my latest email was two hours ago…

  I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be rude, but I payed for this service and I still don’t have a working website… it wasn’t a cheap purchase and I think I deserve more respect

  that’s fine, yes she did answer me but the problem I’m having still remains, I really cannot wait 24hs to each reply, it’s one issue that I need solved, how long can this take? I payed for the transfer 12 days ago!

  she switched my theme and now everything I did is gone, please can someone fix this? All I need is my theme back with featured images showing properly, nothing that complex!
