Guided Transfer payment wont go through. It says that this add on may have been allready added.

I’m happy to take a look at this for you.
In looking at your account, I don’t see a Guided Transfer transaction or upgrade, so I can confirm nothing has gone through on our end.
Could you clear your browser’s cache and try to purchase the GT again? You can find instructions for clearing the cache here:
