  Why can’t I purchase a guided transfer for my blog? I have two, Nails on the Chalkboard and Seasoning and Salt. It’s the seasoningandsalt.net (seasoningandsalt.wordpress.com) that I want to transfer to wordpress.org, but it says “upgrade unavailable.” Why is that?
