Guided transfer
-
I’m interested in possibly paying one of your Engineers for a guided transfer of my blog to a hosted domain. My question is, with the transfer, will I still have a “Like” button for followers to use, and will they have to sign in every time they want to leave a comment. These are problems I’ve run into before. Or will my WP. org site run just like it does now?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t think you understand that like buttons are in-house buttons that can only be used by community members when they are logged in. Example: Facebook. If you don’t have an account then you cannot use the Facebook like button.
Likes button clicks may make you feel warm and fuzzy but they aren’t page view stats they are simply clicks that have only the value that you choose to place on them.
Likes and shares and reblogs are not page views. In fact, likes, shares and reblogs are completely misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like”, “share” and “reblog” your posts in several locations such as the Reader, without ever clicking into your blog and creating a single page view stat.
and will they have to sign in every time they want to leave a comment
If you want to permit anonymous comments on your free hosted WordPress.com blog, which is tantamount to throwing the welcome mat down for spammers, including lovely folks like flesh peddling porno spammers you can do that.
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/
Discussion Settings
Other comment settings
_Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
_Users must be registered and logged in to commentNote that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear, but providing an email address and logging in are not required, and you cannot change this so the prompt does not appear.
You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You copy and paste this into a text widget:
Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.
P.S. Do be sure to set up full comment moderation ie. “An administrator must always approve the comment” because anonymous commenting is bound to increase the amount of spam your blog will receive.

Yes. Do note that “likes” are a component offered in the JetPack plugin.

and will they have to sign in every time they want to leave a comment
Yes, you can set up anonymous commenting on a WordPress.org install.
