Guided Transfer

    I have requested and paid for a Guided Transfer but had NO contact from WordPress?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It would appear the wordpress registered email was invalid. I have now changed this so the wordpress account associated with the wordpress.com site is now valid. This will mean that I did not receive the confirmation email from wordpress as it would have bounced…. anyone got any thoughts how I can resolve this?

    I do not see any upgrades on your andrewchick WordPress.com account.

    However, I do see the Guided Transfer update associated with the WordPress.com account that also owns the birdingfrontiers.com custom domain. Assuming that is also your account, you may wish to check the email address for that account.

    Also please note that one of our Guided Transfer team has to contact you individually, so there may be a delay as they work through the requests. Someone should be in touch soon.

    Hi, Thanks for the reply.

    The email address on the account birdingfrontiers.com was incorrect. It has now been changed. The concern is that the confirmation email would have bounced. We will wait for contact….

  • Hi there! I’m your transfer guide. We didn’t get bounces, but we had sent some notes about the transfer and indeed we’re in the middle of it now.

    I’ll resend the notes from our ticketing system shortly, but in the meantime please avoid editing either account. Thanks!
