Hi I ordered guided transfer about a month ago…after several back and forth emails, I am still not getting the service I needed. And I am passing the refund window. This is highly unprofessional. I also donot have any other way to contact customer service. I have a very straightforward blog. Can someone please help me? My last request for email was not even responded to!

Hi there. I see you purchased the Guided Transfer on 10/28. That’s handled through a different group, so I’ll have to check in with them to see what’s up. I’ll do that now, just wanted to let you know I’m looking into it. Once I know what’s going on, I’ll reply again.

Hi again. It looks like we’ve been emailing you regularly since October 28, and you have not been responding. The login details you provided for the new host were incorrect, and we’ve been asking you to give us the correct credentials. I won’t paste the emails here for the sake of privacy, but we sent the following:
- From Velda, Oct 28
- From Michael K, Oct 29
- From Michael K again, Oct 29
- From Velda again, Nov 4
- From Velda again, Nov 13
If you would reply to one of those emails with the correct login details, we could transfer your site for you.

Hi I have never received these emails. And I have been receiving customer care emails without any problems.

As mentioned before by jenmylo we’ve sent several e-mail but apparently they didn’t come through. I’ve just canceled and refunded your upgrade as requested. However, I suggest checking your junk/spam folder to see if you can still find those e-mails. Or whitelist *.wordpress.com in your e-mail client to prevent future e-mails from blocking.
