GUIDED TRANSFER

  Hello!

  I purchased the Guided Transfer so we could make our wp.com into a wp.org site. I then bought Bluehost hosting. When I am prompted to enter my domain hosting credentials in wp.com to START THE GUIDED TRANSFER it won’t recognize it. It is definitely correct, as I can log into Bluehost with those credentials. I am completely web inept as far is this process goes, and the Happiness Engineers refuse to respond. Any advice?

  If your domain was registered through WordPress.com, you will log into your Domain administration area through WordPress.com, in your Dashboard under Store > Domains.

  You will be asked to create a password and use that and the customer number provided on that page to access your domain. Those credentials are different from what you use to log into Bluehost.
