Hmmm….I am looking into having the great staff at WP do my .com to .org conversion, but, when I click on the get a helping hand button, my blog states that the upgrade is not available. Can you help me understand why? Thank you

Also note that when the service is available again, you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question and access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

I am now able to move the service to the cart. Now I have a question about a statement made…
“Your order will automatically renew on January 15, 2014.
Your upgrade subscription will automatically renew every 1 month from the date of your original purchase. We’ll attempt to charge the credit card you used to make your initial upgrade purchase.”
When I pay the 149.00 for the transfer, will I be billed for this service annually?

That’s weird because the Guided Transfer is a one time purchase.
The Guided Transfer is a one-time fee of $129.00 per blog transferred, and is available for purchase from our Store.

I just looked in my Store and the Guided Transfer is showing $ 149.- – either the documentation is out of date or I am getting some “special offer” –

Yes, it is odd. That and the price is listed in multiple places for 129.00 and for 149.00.

I noticed that too but didn’t post it above as I assumed Staff would “twig” to it and respond to both issues.

Guided transfers are a one-time fee, so you won’t be charged again in the future for that service.
We’re looking into the pricing listed in the support pages, as that price is pulled from a database. The price you see listed in the store is what you’ll be charged when you purchase the upgrade.
