guided transfer error

  I have decided to get the guided transfer after my DIY has messed up. But when I click on guided transfer it says i cant proceed due to customised font which i dont have and also i already transferred from premium to free plan/

  Hi there,

  Make sure you set all of your fonts back to default, even if you didn’t upload or customize any yourself. You can do this by going to My Sites -> Customize -> Fonts and click the “X” next to the font name that you have selected. It should read “Default Theme Font” for everything.
