Guided Transfer – Followers Unaccounted For

  Hi There,

  I purchased a Guided Transfer last week, and am having difficulty/experiencing inconsistencies with my Stats in Jetpack. According to WordPress.com, I have 913 Followers (some have subscribed since the transfer), yet Jetpack is only listing 864 WordPress.com subscribers (and 117 email subscribers). I am receiving notifications of new followers, yet again they are not being reflected in my Site Stats [in Jetpack] on my WordPress.org Dashboard. Can you please look into this? I have made several inquires with the Support team assigned to me in my two week trial, to no avail.

  Additionally, each time I reply to a comment within my Dashboard, I come up as WordPress.com Support and not jjbegonia.

  Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
