Guided transfer for someone moving from self hosted to wordpress.com?

    Hi, I would like to purchase a Guided Transfer to move TO (not FROM) wordpress.com. I have the files from my old site, but they are not in the export format, just all the raw files. Do you have a package for that? Can I get access?

    Hi Jana,

    Currently, we do not offer a Guided Transfer upgrade to move to WordPress.com from another service. What service are you moving from? If the export file is not in .xml format, you will need to convert it by uploading to another service and exporting again as explained here:
