Guided Transfer from wordpress.com to self hosted

    I’m planning on purchasing a “guided transfer” to transfer my existing blog content from my current wordpress.com blog to my self hosted wordpress blog. I am planning on purchasing the genesis framework and foodie genesis 2.0 child theme. Is it preferred that I purchase and install the theme and framework before or after the guided transfer?
