Guided Transfer from WordPress.org to WordPress.com

I’ve gotten to the point where the customization flexibility inherent with WordPress.org has become too much for me to deal with (on top of the domain and hosting issues) and I’d like to migrate my site to WordPress.com. I know you detail how to do this on the site, but I have a lot of historical content I’d like to ensure migrates across so I wanted to see if this was a service you offered or not…?
