Guided Transfer has not started yet

  I am wondering how long does it take for someone to email me back about my guided transfer. I received an email and i sent a response back but noone has gotten back to me yet. I told them i wanted to start monday but i haven’t had any progress. What gives?

  I personally replied to your questions about subscribers yesterday, did you receive my email?

  I also sent you two new emails today, including the confirmation of the transfer schedule.
