Guided transfer issue

Hello,
I purchased a guided transfer and went through the initial “get started” part by purchasing the hosting. When I put the hosting username and password in the correct areas on the instructions I get the following even though they are correct: That username/password combination does not seem to work in our automated testing.
Please contact us directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff).I have contacted them but no word…I need to get this done as soon as possible. Any advice?

The guided transfer team will contact you as soon as they are able. They, like all support, work through their requests from oldest to newest.
